The Firm was founded in 2000 by professionals with extensive real estate experience. It was specifically set up to help private and institutional investors enter or increase their presence in the Spanish and Portuguese real estate markets.

Currently, the Firm manages a diverse portfolio of mainly commercial real estate assets comprising more than 670,000 sqm and totalling € 2.75 billion in value.
